It combines the Greek term theo, meaning God, with economy (theoconomics.com was owned by someone else). The name reflects the author's main thesis that economics should be seen through the lens of theology, specifically Abrahamic theology.
Saikou Sow, a young man born and raised in Europe, right at its very center in Brussels. He probably has several identities in the end, given all the things he's associated with that are sometimes diametrically opposed: being Belgian, European, French, Black, Muslim, Arabic-speaking, and so on. Within the scope of this site, it's rather the Saikou curious about sociology and religion who speaks, through research, data and technology (the geek Saikou lol). It probably sounds strange to talk about oneself in the third person, and even stranger to describe oneself through several 'identities' on top of that — some readers might think I'm crazy, and honestly, it wouldn't be the first time someone's thought that about me ;)
